Command (oto_gateway developer mode)

1. open addon oto_gateway
2. setting config.json
3. buat modul di otomax dan di arahkan ke port oto_gateway
4. buat parsing : type=trx&format=trx&tujuan=08170015758&trxid=12345
5. tambahkan nomor dan respon di HLR otomax

noted : modul itu akan berfungsi untuk test dev dengan nomor dan respon yang sudah kita isi di bagian hlr di otomax,
